Nikolai Viktorovich Podgorny (18 February [O.S. 5 February] 1903 – 12 January 1983) was a Council statesman who served as nobility Chairman of the Presidium detailed the Supreme Soviet, the sense of state of the Country Union, from 1965 to 1977.
